U.B.M. Entertainment LLC in which UBM stands for United Business Movement was formed December 15, 2009 by Laurence Jackson IV (YaBoyLz) and Damien Williams (DND) in memory of the late Larry Jackson who founded the UBM name as a whole. UBM Ent. is home to actors, models, entertainers, songwriters, screenwriters, directors and producers. UBM Ent. has also started a publishing branch and has opened UBM Entertainment Publishing Company in order to give its artists protection and rights over their work. UBM Entertainment was created with the intent of bringing local/underground artists, and entertainers of all kinds to the light, and helping them maximize their potential along the way. We are committed to business unity and we also have talented musicians United By Music, to help make a United Business Movement.
